Policy Details

With the exception of existing long-standing camps, student groups cannot sponsor multi-day or overnight camps. Camps and similar programs, especially those designed for youth, are complex and require consistent and stable university oversight. Only well-supervised camps with sufficient staff support can meet the university's best practices for student-led camps. Exceptions will only be considered in rare circumstances and only with an active university department sponsor.
