Event Planning Guidelines
Tree Tip
Recognized student organizations at Stanford can sponsor events on behalf of the university, provided they adhere to the policies set by the Office of Student Engagement. Student leaders must ensure their events are consistent with their organization's approved constitution and mission.

Many of these clubs may host a celebratory event related to their objectives during the academic year. Then there are a few that aim to produce major events that have a lot of complexity.
