TREEFEST 2026

TREEFEST is a Student Organization Fair held annually in Fall quarter. The fair features more than 300 student organizations! We invite attendees to learn about involvement opportunities and connect with all our diverse student organizations at Stanford university.

When and where do I sign up?

The sign up period for TREEFEST ends on Monday, September 21st. Sign up on CardinalEngage.

When and where is TREEFEST: Student Organization Fair? 

The in-person fair will be held in White Plaza on Wednesday, September 30th to Friday, October 2nd from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Check the schedule for category details for the student orgs who will be attending.

Who can attend TREEFEST? 

Current Stanford students are welcome to attend.

I'm an attendee and I can't make the in-person fair - is there still a way for me to learn about Stanford student orgs? 

Yes! Stanford students have access to CardinalEngage to visit student organization profiles. Learn about orgs online and find out how you can get involved.

Who will be at TREEFEST?

We expect over 300 student orgs to participate. Not all student organizations choose to participate in the event. Campus departments are invited to participate as well. A list of participating groups will be available closer to the event.

Who can host a booth at TREEFEST?

All registered student organizations and fully active VSOs are welcome to participate! If you are not representing an OSE recognized student organization you cannot host a booth. Student Collectives will have their own designated area to participate.

How much does it cost to host a booth? 

TREEFEST is free and sponsored by ASSU!

How should student orgs prepare for TREEFEST?

Promote your involvement in the fair through your org’s social media, newsletter, website, and more. This will directly impact event attendance and interest in your booth. Additional information will be sent to org leaders prior to the event. No incoming undergraduate student should be offered organization membership or asked to represent a student organization until the conclusion of the New Student Orientation period.
