Operating under the advisement of the Office of Student Engagement, the Arbor Live team gains professional, real-world experience by designing, managing, and executing technical production for events of all scales
Student-led Event Production
From the heart of Tresidder Memorial Union to the D.School and residence halls, we provide the backbone for Stanford’s vibrant performance culture. Our regular programming includes:
- Weekly Series: Arbor Trivia and Fridays @ The Arbor Live Stage.
- Showcases: Music, art, and comedy performances throughout campus.
- Community Support: We partner with student groups to foster a sense of belonging through high-quality live production.

Looking to break into the live event industry? We offer hands-on opportunities in various production roles. While we accept inquiries year-round via Instagram or email, our primary recruitment occurs during the first quarter of the academic year.
