🌲 The Stanford Fund Partnership Program 🌲

The Stanford Fund (TSF) Partnership Program — Applications are now open for the Spring 2026 round, providing funding for the 2026-27 academic year. We encourage undergraduate VSOs who meet the funding criteria to apply! For questions about the funding application, contact tsfpartnership@stanford.edu.

Beginning this year, the maximum request for TSF Partnership Program funding will be $5,000. This change in the request cap will not result in a lower amount of funding being granted to student groups. Funding requests are granted to groups proportionally based on the total amount of available funds, which remains unchanged. As always, we work to optimize funding for the increase of student groups by balancing funding requests that meet criteria with the resources available.

April 13: STARS Training and Application Opens
- STARS training must be completed by April 27 at 12pm (noon) to be provided access to the application on GrantEd
April 27: Application Closes at 11:59 PM (midnight)
April 27 - May 1 : OSE Review Period
May 4 - May 8: Revision Period
May 8: Final Application Due at 11:59 PM (midnight)
Week of May 18: Notification of Funding Allocations

Reminder for student organizations to do their elections and begin their transition process. Outgoing leaders should begin orienting their successors at least 2–3 weeks before their terms end to facilitate a seamless transition.

This process includes transferring access to digital platforms like Slack and Drive, updating your annual registration in CardinalEngage, and reviewing financial systems like GrantEd and the ASSU. Be sure to share recruitment strategies, organizational history, and providing contact information for outgoing officers will help the new team feel supported as they take over.
