Hello everyone! The warmest welcome to Spring Quarter ! Whether you traveled somewhere new, spent time at home, or stayed on campus over the break, I hope you had a chance to rest and recharge. I spent the first half of my break in sunny Tulum, Mexico 🇲🇽 (needed to recover from the gloomy winter weather), soaking up the sun 🌞 and eating my weight in tamales.
After that, I went to Texas to reset and spend some quality time with my mom and brother to really reset before the chaos of the quarter began.
And speaking of resets…. It’s that time of the year again: VSO re-registration is officially open on Cardinal Engage! 🌲

Student Org Notes
Registrar Scheduled Classrooms — During the first 2 weeks of the quarter, the free classrooms managed by the Registrar's Office are not fully available. See the Week 9 Memo for details. You can try your luck to reserve a space for your club meeting but Week 3 is more of sure thing. Alternative spaces are also available in the Week 9 Memo to look into.
Re-Registration for Student Orgs — CardinalEngage has a beautiful blue bar at the top of your dashboard awaiting you when you are ready to complete your re-registration. Re-Registration is mandatory for your club or it will go dormant. Dormant-status clubs are not allowed to participate in FestiFall because they are no longer a recognized student organization.
The Stanford Fund (TSF) Partnership Program — Applications are now open for the Spring 2025 round, providing funding for the 2025-2026 academic year. We encourage undergraduate VSOs who meet the criteria to apply! Please note that only groups that are majority undergraduate are eligible.

We will have Tarot card readers to help you navigate your future, Aura Photography so you can visualize your current emotional state via color, and Vision Board crafting to help you stay focused on your aspirations and goals.

Explore the Bay: Cirque du Soleil Echo —Cardinal Nights will be offering tickets and bus shuttles from The Faculty Club to the big top in San Jose for $20. You must be a Stanford student with a valid Stanford ID to be able to particpate. Tickets will be on sale from Monday March 31 at 10am until Monday April 7 at 5pm.
