Kids with Dreams
Kids With Dreams (KWD) is Stanford’s premier student community service organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with IDDs, or Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. In partnership with the Haas Center for Public Service and Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Group at Stanford, KWD fosters the connection between Stanford faculty, students, and individuals within the greater IDD community. Our activities—ranging from weekly karate and basketball programming to quarterly movie nights and dances—bring families, students, and community members together in unforgettable ways. If you are interested in joining as a volunteer at any of our events, sign up for the newsletter to be kept up to date here.
