FSL Community Workgroup Charges

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Scope: Responsible for submitting recommendations that drive the fraternity and sorority community towards anti-racist and inclusive experiences, processes, and polocies that contribute to the sense of belonging and holistic development of members.

Harm Reduction, Education, and Response: Alcohol and other Drugs
Scope: Responsible for submitting recommendations that establish and sustain healthy norms, attitudes, and behaviors related to substance use for the Greek community and the broader campus community.

Harm Reduction, Education, and Response: Interpersonal Violence and Healthy Relationships
Scope: Responsible for submitting recommendations that address systemic elements that contribute to acts of harm and advance efforts that cultivate healthy, authentic relationships.

Member Programming, Engagement, and Retention
Scope: Responsible for proposing programming and resources that contribute to a sense of belonging for all fraternity and sorority members, chapters, and the larger Greek community.

Recruitment, Intake, and New Member Education
Scope: Responsible for proposing policies, processes, and resources that contribute to  inclusive recruitment and onboarding programs for potential new members.

Well-Being and Flourishing
Scope: Responsible for proposing initiatives that contribute to the development of knowledge, skills, and habits for students to thrive across all dimensions of flourishing.

Community Values
Scope: Responsible for drafting a set of guiding principles and values for the fraternity and sorority program that will inform advising, programming, and support structures for the community.
