Office of Staff Employment

Do you want to know more about the differences between the various roles and permissions within Trovix?

OSE has updated the Candidate Status Definitions. If you would like to see how we are applying this Trovix feature, click here pdf.

Click here to watch an on-line presentation on: "How to Enter Disposition Data into Applicant Records in Trovix."

A significant number of enhancements have been made to the Recruit reporting functionality, including changes to the user interface to improve usability. We have also added upgrades such as personalized reports, the ability to sort and group data, and the ability to save filters to provide more flexibility. Additionally, the layouts of the report screens have been redesigned to help make the report generation process more efficient.  Please note permissions for report access are still controlled at the company level. Also note, users cannot use reports to view data to which they otherwise would not have access (ie EEO data)

Personal reports: Added the ability for users to now create Personal reports. These reports will only show up in that users report list.  Personal reports can be made into system reports or sent to others.  On the report list page, personal reports are denoted by a blue  icon next to the report name

EEO: Updated EEO race, EEO-1, and EEO Veteran categories for 2008 changes

Mass Email Communications to Candidates: Trovix Recruitment Manager System provides the ability to send out personalized email communications to many applicants at the same time. This simple process involves selecting applicants from a list, selecting the appropriate letter or form as the email body, and clicking send. The candidate’s name, applicable job name and other information will automatically merge into the email content for each recipient. A simple preview function allows you to view each email before sending. Examples of use might include:

Sending an introduction letter to the top 20 candidates for a new job search.

Requesting that considered candidates update their EEO data via a link to an online form.

Notifying all applicants that a job has been filled.
