Basic Service - no charge:

- Jobs are posted online per University guidelines
- Application materials are automatically routed to the hiring manager through Trovix

Basic Plus Candidate Screening Service - $1500 (one time help):

-Screen existing applicant pool

-OFCCP compliance centric screening

- Applicant notifications

- Diversity recruitment (upon request)

Basic Plus Service - $1500* (one time help):

- Advertising consultation and placement (local unit pays media related costs)
- Two resume database searches Trovix and one external database (i.e. Craigslist, HigherEdJobs, etc.)
- Diversity recruitment (upon request)
* No charge in SoM which has prepaid this fee.

Full Life Cycle Service - 8% of Annual Salary (continuing assistance until job is filled):

- Candidate generation
- Applicant screening and interviewing
- Diversity recruitment (ongoing)
- Reference checks
- Offer coordination
- Applicant notifications
