Password is, search (case sensitive)

You should change your password.  It is recommended that you do not use your SUnet password to access the Trovix database.

What do I do if I forget my password?

If you have access to Trovix and have previously established a Trovix self help password retrieval question, go to the Trovix log in page and click, “password help”.  If this doesn’t work, submit a HelpSU Ticket.

Search by requisition status go to the drop down in the box entitled, “Status”
To select by date, go to the drop down in the box entitled, “Date”

I know I have an open requisition.  Why can’t I find it in Trovix?

Your HRA/HRM must submit a HelpSU Ticket to request that you be granted  hiring manager  “permissions” to access Trovix
Your HRA/HRM must include your name as the “hiring manager” on the requisition

I work in a large organization with multiple departments.  Why can’t I see all of the requisitions in each department within my organization?

You can only see requisitions that your HRA/HRM has associated you with.  Refer to Number 2 above.
